Karen joined the company in February 2005, as Office Manager, to coordinate, organize, and manage the day-today operations of the office. Before moving to Huntsville, Karen worked for 11 years for one of the nation's largest privately held construction firms inn various positions; most recently as executive assistant for the C.E.O and President. With over 45 years of administrative experience, she is versatile and efficient in the ongoing day-to-day operations of the company. She is well-rounded in the application of office procedures, as she has an extensive background in administration.

Mr. Looser joined the company in July of 2003 with more than 16 years of commercial real estate sales and leasing experience. His primary focus is managing ongoing development of the company’s retail and office business client base through leasing, sales, and build-to-suits. He has managed over one million square feet of retail and office space in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama. His real estate profession allows him the opportunity to attend various ICSC conventions and meetings throughout the country. Mr. Looser is working toward his CCIM, with his first course complete. He continues to keep abreast of the commercial real estate market with his involvement in NALCOM, a North Alabama commercial real estate broker association.

Brianna Gonzalez
John D. Blue is a highly accomplished and experienced individual in the field of industrial management, real estate appraising, and development. He obtained his B.S. in Industrial Management from the School of Commerce and Business Administration at the University of Alabama in 1972 and later held a RM designation. John served as a principal and director of G.W. Jones & Sons, Inc., a family-owned regional engineering, appraisal, and development firm for more than two decades until 1996. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in the development of many office parks, apartment complexes, and residential subdivisions, and was the visionary and founder of the Southeast’s prestigious private gated community and Huntsville's newest country club development called ‘The Ledges.' John founded Chase Commercial Realty in 1996 with two other principals, and then went on to establish John Blue Companies of Commercial Real Estate Sales, Management, Investments, and Development in 2000 with his son John Wallace and other key employees. He has served in numerous leadership roles in professional and community organizations throughout his career, including the Huntsville Rotary Club, Huntsville YMCA, Huntsville Girls Club, Huntsville Red Cross, Ducks Unlimited, and BB&T Northern Regional Advisory Board. John is a member of the National and State Board of Realtors and serves as a Director for First United Methodist Church. He is married to Carolyn Jones, and together they have two children. Recently, he became interested in the situation of Destin Point and formed an LLC called The End Point with several interested neighbors to acquire two tracks that could impact their neighborhood if developed improperly. Although they were unsuccessful in their acquisition, they developed the necessary legal paperwork to defend any unwanted development and to secure Destin Point's future. John remains an advocate for Destin Point and has entered his name as a candidate for the board.

Chip Pepper is an experienced professional with a Bachelor's degree in building construction from Auburn University. He holds contractor's licenses in Alaska, Alabama, Florida, and Hawaii. Chip has held significant roles in construction management, including manager of construction for Chugach Alaska Corporation and vice president of J.O. Delotto & Sons. In 2011, he became President of Falcon International, Inc., overseeing various functions in the construction industry. He also owned his own commercial construction company and managed the west coast of Florida for Brice Building Company. Currently, he serves as construction manager and general contractor for Blue Development Company, overseeing all development projects.
